Nice workers and great snowballs; however, they are charging customers a surcharge for using debit cards which is illegal. There is a sign posted which is very small that states a charge of 1.00 will be added for credit cards. A credit card is not a debit card. They do not bother to note the difference when you hand them your plastic. A lot of businesses are doing this and getting over on the customer. This needs to stop and it will be reported to the state.

The snowball I ordered melted within minutes of being made. By the time I walked back to my car, it was basically flavored syrup. What’s the point of selling a frozen treat if it can’t even hold up for a few minutes? On top of that, they charged an extra $1 just to use my debit card. That’s not only frustrating, it’s against Visa’s rules to add a surcharge for debit card transactions. Between the quickly melting ice and the shady card fee, I definitely won’t be coming back
