Droopy's Snowballs

Went to droopys after hearing all the hype. It was a rainy day but not terrible. So we waited probably about 15 to 20 minutes to get our order taken. Then it took about another 20 minutes to actually get our order. Granted there were only about five people ahead of me. Still all in all service was friendly, the ice is phenomenal. Love the smooth texture of the ice. But the flavoring of the snowball was very underwhelming. I thought it was just me until my husband told me the exact same thing. I got a wedding cake with condensed milk and he got a nectar cream. They honestly both taste the same. Basically tasted like nothing. There was no flavor. For how long we waited it was a bit disappointing. My daughter got a salted caramel shake and that was absolutely great. But as far as their snowballs go I don't think I would go back for the snowball alone. Nachos looked awesome. Would love to try those. And the other desserts looked great but as far as snowball goes that wouldn't be why we would come back.

Came into town from Texas! Our family that lives in New Orleans raves about Droopys. We finally got to try it and went back 3 days in a row because it was so good. The Droopy flavor is THE BEST. I got it BMT style but with marshmallow cream instead of condensed milk, it’s the most perfect snowball ever. After following on tik tok I was just obsessed with this place. The business, the secret flavor, the owners, even the long lines …I love it all! I saw the owners on our last day here and was fan girling a bit😂 I will be thinking about droopys until I’m back in Louisiana again 😂

AMAZING 💜 Definitely worth the drive! On March 7th my husband and I took our niece to the zoo and afterwards we made the stop by Droopy’s because I had seen them all over TikTok!! The line was decent but it moved quickly and the employees were super friendly! It was our first time there and we came from Alabama to try the famous Droopy (which is AMAZING by the way) The environment was friendly and they had music playing and it was just overall very welcoming! Our niece who is 3 devoured her small droopy and didn’t even want to share. Definitely a 10/10 experience and I can not wait for us to go back and try something new ☺️!
